Returns accepted only for defective items, significant description discrepancies, or shipping damage;
Requests must be initiated ​within 7 days of delivery​ via customer service email;
Items must be unused with original packaging and tags intact
2.Refund Process​
Approved returns will receive a ​Hong Kong return address​ (distinct from shipping origin);
Refunds processed ​within 5 business days​ after quality inspection upon receipt;
Amount refunded to original payment method (less return shipping fees), with processing times varying by platform (typically 3-10 days)
3.Cost Responsibility​
Defective/incorrect items: We cover return shipping;
Non-defective returns: Buyer bears shipping and potential import taxes

Note: Digital products (e-books, software keys) are non-refundable post-delivery.
